Wednesday, December 8th, 5:30 - 7:00pm

at

Kaye Scholer LLP

3 First National Plaza

70 West Madison Street, Suite 4100

Chicago, IL 60602

To hear an overview of recent research findings on law firms and their commitment to diversity and to join in an open discussion on maintaining diversity within the law firm environment.

It’s an interesting time for law firms committed to diversity and inclusion. While they continue to seek ways to promote diversity and inclusion, and to recruit, retain, and promote lawyers who are diverse to partnership, the economic downturn forced many to suffer layoffs and scaled-back diversity and inclusion efforts. In such an environment, it has become crucial for law firms to consider internal infrastructure and communication policies, protocols, and systems that may influence the effectiveness of their ongoing diversity and inclusion efforts.

For building security purposes, please RSVP: Register@TheIILP.com by noon on Tuesday, December 7th.
